Southampton Man Charged in Connection with 7-Eleven Robbery

Acting on information provided by an anonymous source, Warminster police have arrested an Upper Southampton resident in connection with a robbery over Memorial Day weekend.

Sean Paul Foley, 19, of the 400 block of Springfield Road, was arraigned Tuesday by Judge Jean Seaman. He is charged with multiple counts, including: robbery, making terroristic threats, possession of a firearm, simple assault and receiving stolen property.

Foley was unable to post bond on $75,000 bail. He has been remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The robbery in question occurred between 7 and 7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 26 at the 7-Eleven store at 220 E. Street Road.

Police said the store clerk described the suspect as a white male wearing a baseball cap and hoodie and that he appeared to be carrying a gun. According to reports, the robber fled on foot and eluded the police and K-9 units.

A similar description was given after the 7-Eleven on Moreland Road on Sunday, May 27.

Police detectives were unavailable to comment as to whether or not Foley is a suspect in the Horsham incident.
