Former William Tennent Teacher Pleads Guilty to Sex With Student Charges

A former social studies teacher at William Tennent High School pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a student in Bucks County Court Monday, according to reports.
Michael Swider, 34, an Upper Southampton resident, was sentenced to seven years probation for having sex with a 17-year-old student in March, the Courier Times reported. Additionally, the father of three must register as a sex offender for 25 years, the publication said.
Swider was arrested on March 24 on charges of having the relationship with the female student.
