The preliminary hearing for former William Tennent music teacher Tyrone Dinkins has been moved from August 10 to September 28, 9:15 a.m. at the , according to court documents.
Dinkins to authorities Tuesday afternoon for arraignment after the Bucks County District Attorney's office for his arrest. According to the affidavit, eight female students ranging in age from 16 to 19 years old accused the high school choral director of inappropriate sexual behavior.
The investigation by Warminster officers resulted in 16 criminal counts, including two felony charges of unlawful conatct with a minor, four misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors, four misdemeanor charges of indecent assault without consent and six counts of harassment through lewd language.
Bail has been set at $800,000, but Dinkins remains at the Bucks County correctional facility because of his inability to pay the 10 percent bond.
