Trial For Warminster Woman Charged In DUI Accident That Killed Two
Police say Kerri Millard was intoxicated when she crashed on Street Road in Lower Southampton Township in March, killing two.

A Warminster woman has waived her preliminary hearing on homicide by vehicle while DUI charges.
Kerri Millard, 28, is headed to trial on numerous charges in connection with the fatal March 19 accident. Charges include two felony counts each of homicide by vehicle while DUI and homicide by vehicle, court records show.
Police say Millard was intoxicated when she crashed on Street Road in Lower Southampton Township. She lost control of her vehicle, crashing head-on into another car, the Courier Times reported. Both passengers in that car were killed.

Millard, a mother of two, was arrested for DUI in 2008, the Courier Times reported.
She is free from jail after posting 10 percent of a $50,000 bail, court records show.
