Bomb Threat Reported at Chester County High School, Students Evacuated

Breaking: a note in a bathroom stall threatened violence at a Chester County high school, leading students and staff to be evacuated.

A bomb threat was reported at Unionville High School in Chester County on Friday morning, school officials confirmed.

Staff discovered a note written inside a bathroom at the school that read "12-16 - EVERYONE DIES!" according to Southern Chester County Weeklies. It's not yet clear if any further threat was made.

Students and staff were evacuated from the school and were brought to nearby Patton Middle School, the Daily Local News said.

Authorities began sweeping the building before noon and remained on the scene as of 1:20.

All students and staff are presently safe, according to reports.
