Here's something interesting: The governor may be open to extending the state's medical marijuana laws into something more liberal like Colorado, which allows anyone over the age of 21 to purchase small amounts of the plant. (Washington state will also start later this year.)

told the Huffington Post on Monday: “Somebody was saying to me about the bad weather we’ve been having back home and all the potholes, we should have the revenue go to infrastructure — pot for potholes."
