NEWPORT, RI – Gray Matter Marketing has announced a donation of $6,090 to the Fort Adams Trust through the Newport 10 Miler. In its first year, the 10-mile road race welcomed over 1,200 athletes to Newport.  This money will be used by the Trust to enhance their mission of directing and supporting the stabilization, restoration, maintenance, and operation of Fort Adams as a historic site.

“We are excited to present this donation to the Fort Adams Trust,” says Matthew Gray, president of Gray Matter Marketing. “Partnering with the Trust on this event was an honor and we look forward to growing the event in future years.”

“This was an outstanding event for the Fort,” said Richard Nagele, Executive Director of the Fort Adams Trust. “Gray Matter Marketing orchestrated an event that the participants truly enjoyed and that was managed flawlessly. Also importantly, the event generated a substantially larger donation than was promised. Matt Gray under-promised and over-delivered.”
