Here are some upcoming concerts to look forward to at Sandywoods Center for the Arts in Tiverton.

High School Rock Band Takes the Stage Friday
A local rock band named is returning to Sandywoods this Friday.
BOCHEK is made up of four Tiverton High School juniors: John Bonoan (lead guitar), Nevin Kosinski (vocals), Dante Krystman (bass) and Zack Davey (drums).

The band has made appearances at several local gigs as well as The Met, DV8, The Spot Underground, Manchester 65 and Loft 71.
BOCHEK will play alternative rock, funk, reggae and original music.

Catch them play starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $6.
Musical-Comedy Performance on Saturday
Check out a combined folk concert and comedy routine at the concert venue on Saturday night.
Singer-songwriters Christine Lavin and Don White are scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m.
The two artists have performed their musical-comedy routine across the country.
Lavin started out as a songwriter in the Greenwich Village scene along with artists like Jack Hardy, Suzanne Vegam and John Gorka. She recently released her album “If You’re Drunk You Cannot Buy A Puppy.”
White describes himself as a “storyteller-comedian-author-troubadour-folksinger-songwriter” and has recorded nine solo CDs.
Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.
Enjoy “A Fine Winter’s Night” Holiday Concert Next Week
Irish husband-and-wife duo will play original and traditional music for “A Fine Winter’s Night” holiday performance on Saturday, Dec. 20.
Matt Heaton and Shannon Heaton will combine their singing with the guitar, bouzouki, Irish flute and whistle.
The performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Kids age 12 and under get in for free.
The Heaton’s Celtic Christmas album, “Fine Winter’s Night,” can be purchased at the performance.
Sandywoods Center for the Arts is located at 43 Muse Way in Tiverton.
