Crimson Bears girls unlucky in 2-1 state soccer loss to Warriors (juneauindependent.com) ā Juneau-Douglas High School: Yadaa.at KalĆ©ās Crimson Bears girls opened the state soccer tournament with a tough 2-1 loss to Wasilla, despite an early free-kick goal from senior standout Peyton Wheeler. Strong defensive play kept Juneau in it, and the team now faces an elimination matchup against Service as they try to extend their championship run.
