• Alaska SeaLife Center Admits First Harbor Seal Patient of the 2026 Season (kvakradio.com) — A stranded newborn harbor seal pup was recently found on South Kenai Beach in Kenai and transported to the Alaska SeaLife Center for intensive care. The center is urging Kenai beachgoers to give seal pups plenty of space and call their hotline before approaching any distressed marine animals.
