• Alaska SeaLife Center Admits First Harbor Seal Patient of the 2026 Season (kvakradio.com) — In Seward, the Alaska SeaLife Center is caring for its first harbor seal pup patient of 2026, an orphaned, malnourished youngster brought in from Kenai. Staff are stabilizing the pup and urging residents statewide to give seal pups space, keep pets away, and call the center’s hotline before approaching stranded marine animals.
