• Jefferson County Coroner's Office searching for families of 2 people who died (cbs42.com) — Relatives in Anniston are being sought for 54-year-old Blanc Roberson, originally from the city, after he died of natural causes in Jefferson County with no close family located. Jefferson County’s coroner is also trying to reach family of a Vestavia Hills woman and is asking anyone with information to call their office.

• Partnership with local ministries expands the impact of Hope in Alabama (pregnancyhelpnews.com) — Hope Family Services, which owns its Anniston office building, is expanding its free pregnancy testing and ultrasound services across northeast Alabama through a new partnership in Heflin.
