ā¢ Scottsboro appoints David Gant as new fire chief (rocketcitynow.com) ā Scottsboro has officially appointed David Gant as the new chief of the Scottsboro Fire Department, following a vote at Mondayās City Council meeting. City leaders welcomed him into the role and emphasized his service to the community as he begins overseeing fire protection and emergency response for local residents.
