The routine, five-year maintenance is required by state health regulations to protect water quality, and residents can call TWU with any questions.

• Arkansas Supreme Court revives Texarkana man's challenge to Christmas Day murder conviction (txktoday.com) — A Texarkana man has won another chance to challenge his capital murder conviction after the Arkansas Supreme Court ruled a paperwork error by prison staff may have unfairly delayed his appeal. The case now returns to Miller County, where a judge must decide whether he acted diligently enough to have his claims about trial representation heard.
