• Napa County transportation leaders choose Highway 29 flyover (napavalleyregister.com) — American Canyon drivers could see big relief at the notorious Highway 29/Highway 12/Airport Boulevard bottleneck after transportation leaders chose a flyover ramp as their preferred fix. The $81 million-plus project, backed by an American Canyon councilmember on the NVTA board, aims to cut rush-hour waits from about eight minutes to under a minute, though construction likely won’t start until around 2030.
