• Violent Offenders Task Force arrests wanted suspect in Wheat Ridge (kdvr.com) — Wheat Ridge police and the U.S. Marshals’ Colorado Violent Offender Task Force recently arrested a wanted felony larceny suspect near West 44th Avenue and Tabor Street. Officers say the suspect tried to flee before being caught, and a search warrant later turned up several rifles, including one reported stolen, with more felony charges expected.
