• Intermountain Health Lutheran Breast Center Reaccredited by American College of Surgeons (prunderground.com) — Patients in Wheat Ridge can take added confidence in local breast care, as Intermountain Health’s Lutheran Hospital Breast Care Center has renewed its national accreditation from the American College of Surgeons. The center on West 40th Avenue offers advanced imaging, biopsies, and coordinated breast cancer services, with the reaccreditation recognizing its commitment to evidence-based, team-driven care for women across the community.
   

• HCA HealthOne to Create Wheat Ridge Health Park (connectcre.com) — HCA HealthONE has purchased the Wilmore Center on West 38th Avenue to create a new Wheat Ridge Health Park next to Clear Creek Surgery Center, expanding local access to medical offices and emergency services. The nearly 53,000-square-foot complex, already heavily medical, will be redeveloped to better serve patients and families in Wheat Ridge, though detailed construction plans have not yet been announced.
