ā¢ CT: Developer plans 252 apartments, condos near rail station in Ansonia (masstransitmag.com) ā A major developer plans 252 new apartments and condos along Olson Drive, directly across from Ansoniaās Metro-North station, on the former Riverside public housing site. Combined with a $29 million station upgrade and several smaller housing projects around town, the proposal could significantly reshape downtown Ansoniaās housing options, walkability, and economic activity over the next few years.
