Plane Crashes In Dallas Near Addison Airport

The plane crashed Sunday morning; no injuries have been reported.

DALLAS, TX — A small plane crashed in Dallas Sunday around 11:25 a.m. near the Addison Airport, Krys Boyd, host and managing editor of Think on KERA News, told Patch.

No injuries were reported. Before the crash at 4849 Alpha Road, the pilot deployed an orange and white parachute, Boyd said.

The plane lost engine power just after take-off and made an emergency landing, CBS' Dallas affiliate reported.
