Fully Engulfed Truck Emits Heavy Smoke In Downtown Austin

AUSTIN, TEXAS — If you were traveling in or near downtown early Wednesday afternoon, you may have wondered where the smoke was coming from that was visible across the horizon. It was a fire that caught on fire, officials said.

Austin fire crews were called to 15 Waller for a truck fire shortly after 1 p.m. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames, but not before capturing dramatic video of the conflagration.

No injuries were reported. Take a look at the fully engulfed vehicle below:
