Austin Airport Shuttle Bus Fire Under Investigation
Early Thursday morning fire was extinguished in about 15 minutes, and no injuries resulted and only the vehicle sustained damage.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — The cause of a fire at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport — a shuttle bus that essentially burst into flames on Thursday — is still under investigation, officials said.
The early morning fire prompted lane closures at the airport. The blaze was extinguished in about 15 minutes, according to fire officials. No injuries resulted, and no further damage other than to the shuttle were reported.
A spokesman told KXAN the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
