Almost Naked Pasadena Man Killed While Walking On FM 1008

LIBERTY COUNTY, TX — A Pasadena man, who police said was wearing nothing but a tank top, was hit by a car and killed early Thursday morning.

The accident was reported at about 4:30 a.m. on FM 1008, according to a press release from the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office.

The man, who was identified as 20-year old Yuhryah Isaiah Renee Arriaga, was apparently walking down the middle of the roadway, when a driver on his way to work hit him. Investigators said it was dark and conditions were foggy, making it difficult for the driver to see Arriaga.

The Texas Department of Public Safety, who investigated the accident, said no charges will be filed against the driver.
