Police are investigating after a man's body was found in the just outside of city hall.
HOUSTON, TX — A man's remains were found just outside the Houston City Hall on Wednesday, reported KPRC2.
Police are investigating the incident, and believe the man may have fell to his death from a ledge on the building.
