Arlington Police Run Into Cesar Millan in Crystal City
The "Dog Whisperer" star is in town to film an episode for his new series, "Cesar Millan's Dog Nation."

ARLINGTON, VA — It's not uncommon to see the well-known and the powerful in the D.C. area, but this celebrity sighting was a bit more random -- "Dog Whisperer" star Cesar Millan was photographed with an Arlington County Police officer in Crystal City on Sunday.
"Our officers never know what packs they'll run into while on patrol!" said the official Arlington County Police Twitter account as a caption to the above picture. "Cpl. Roman ran into @cesarmillan & these pups!"
The tweet doesn't say where the picture was taken, but based on the mural behind them it appears to be near the Crystal Gateway Marriott on Eads Street in Crystal City.
