ALEXANDRIA, VA — While Alexandria's St. Patrick's Day Parade was held the first weekend of March, there will be plenty of ways to celebrate Irish culture and heritage at local restaurants.

St. Patrick's Day falls on Friday, March 17, but there will be local events through the weekend around Alexandria. So dress in your best green attire and head out to celebrate at Alexandria's small businesses.
