Car Catches Fire In Carport At Fairfax House
When Fairfax County fire units arrived at a house near Little River Turnpike, they found a car on fire in a carport.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department responded to a fire Thursday morning at a house in Fairfax County, a few blocks south of Little River Turnpike near Frost Middle School and WT Woodson High School.
When the fire units arrived at the house in the 9200 block of Ashmeade Drive, they found a car on fire in a carport. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire, allowing several units to return to service, the fire department said Jan. 2 in a tweet.
