Christmas Day Homicide: Suspect in Custody
Victim was found early Christmas Day. Detectives tracked down the suspect Friday afternoon, according to Fairfax County Police.

FALLS CHURCH, VA -- A suspect is in custody in a Christmas Day homicide in the Falls Church area.
Santos Narcisco Osorio, 34, of Falls Church, has been charged with murder in the death of 23-year-old Edgar Armando Serrano, of Annandale.
According to investigators, both men were at a party in the 7700 block of Camp Alger Avenue. A fight broke out and the victim fled. The Osorio allegedly caught up with him in the 7600 block of Trail Run Road and assaulted him.

Serrano’s injuries appear to have been caused by a sharp instrument, according to police. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
