A teenaged boy and two adults were arrested Sunday for robbing a man of his cell phones and wallet near the Huntington Metro Station, according to Fairfax County Police.
Officers were initially called for a trespassing, police said. Further investigation determined the three suspects robbed a 43-year-old man as he walked home.
The three suspects provided false identification to the officers but their real identities were determined.
Michael Johnson, 20, of Washington, D.C., James Chambers, 20, of Washington, D.C., and a 16-year-old boy from Washington, D.C., were each charged with robbery, forgery and providing false identity to police.
The robbery took place near the metro station but no word on whether anyone was coming or going from the station.
