Body In Herndon Park Belonged To Missing Man: Police
A body has been discovered at Runnymede Park, police say.

UPDATE 2:01 p.m.: Police have identified the man as 81-year-old Xuanfang Zhou. "Preliminarily, there is no indication of criminal activity," according to a Fairfax County Police report. "Zhou was originally reported missing by his family after he went for a walk yesterday morning and didn’t return home. Patrol units and a K9 team did an extensive search but they were unable to find him."

HERNDON, VA -- A body has been discovered at Runnymede Park, and police believe this may be related to a missing person report received this week, the Fairfax County Police Department tweeted Thursday at around noon.

The Herndon Police Department is at the scene, but Fairfax County Police is the lead agency.
