New Italian Restaurant Opens its Doors in Herndon
The restaurant will offer brick-oven pizza and Mediterranean cuisine.

HERNDON, VA — Brama Italian Cuisine is officially open and hosting diners at its restaurant on Elden Street in Herndon.
The owners of Brama held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Oct. 28, with Herndon Mayor Lisa Merkel presiding over the festivities, along with other guests from the Herndon Dulles Chamber of Commerce.
Brama, located at 470 Elden Street, describes itself as a restaurant that serves "moderately priced Italian and Mediterranean cuisine featuring custom hand-tossed pizza cooked in a real brick oven," in addition to a gourmet lunch and dinner menu. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout and delivery.

Brama also expects to offer a separate catering service in November.
