Decade Later, Man Arrested for Sexual Assault of Young Girl in Manassas: Police
The now-grown woman was 14 when the assaults by a family member occurred between 2006-2007, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a now-grown female family member on multiple occasions when she was 14 was arrested Monday, according to Prince William County Police.
Blas Alberto Castro, 46, of the 8600 block of Weems Road, was charged with one count of rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent liberties.
On Nov. 9, police responded to a report of sexual assaults that occurred between 2006-2007 at a Manassas residence. The alleged victim, now 24, recently disclosed the incidents to a friend, who contacted police.

Castro, who was arrested in Reston, is being held without bond.
