Police: Two Flashers in Two Days at Local Wal-Mart
Indecent exposure incidents reported on Monday and Tuesday, say Prince William County police.

The Prince William County police arrested two area men this week in separate indecent exposure incidents at the Wal-Mart on Liberia Avenue in Manassas.

In the first incident, the police responded at 3:08 p.m. Monday to the store, at 9401 Liberia Ave., where an employee told them that he had seen a man approach numerous women inside the store and attempt to touch them. At one point, the suspect exposed himself and made an obscene gesture towards a female customer, according to a police report. He fled the store before police arrived.
After an investigation, the police identified the suspect as Keith Anare Williams, 42, of 377 Mosby Court in Manassas Park. He was arrested Wednesday without incident, the police said.

Williams has been charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display, the police report stated. He’s being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, and his next date in court is Sept. 24.
The police responded to the second incident at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday. The victim, a 24-year-old Manassas man, told them he was in the Wal-Mart’s parking lot when he saw the suspect expose himself. The suspect was arrested without incident, the police said.
The suspect, identified as Joshua Lee Richards, 31, of Bristerburg Road in Catlett, was charged with indecent exposure. He was released on a summons, and his next date in court is Sept. 21.
