Police: Naked Man Located, Taken to Hospital

Law enforcement searched for more than six hours in the South Riding area for man, 31, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A man reportedly naked and acting erratically in the South Riding area was located and taken to a local hospital Saturday afternoon, following a more than six-hour search.

Deputies first responded at 6:30 a.m. to the area of Nimbleton Square regarding a white male, 31, who was acting erratically and not wearing clothes.

Investigators believe that he may have been under the influence of prescription medication, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The search, which focused on the Mink Meadows Park area, included deputies, a Fairfax County Police helicopter and a Virginia State Police K9 unit.

The subject was seen fleeing the area of Mink Meadows Park shortly after 1 p.m. and located at a residence in the area of Nimbleton Square, according to LCSO. The subject was taken to a local hospital for further treatment.
