Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. Your kids can paint, sculpt and craft in a positive and supportive environment with small class sizes (just 10 kids per session). These week-long, half-day camps are hosted both mornings and afternoons for children ages 6 to 9 or 10 to 13. Classes are taught by an experienced and loved Fairfax County Public Schools art teacher. Little Shop of Horrors centers on themes of fatal ambition, greed, and the high cost of success. It explores the dangers of giving in to temptation, the exploitation of the poor, and the destruction caused by unbridled desire.
The musical features a mix of dark comedy, rock-and-roll, and doo-wop music, exploring themes of greed and sacrifice. Performed by 46 Alexandria youth, this promises to be one of the most dynamic and entertaining local production you will see this year.
