2 Injured In Ultralight Plane Crash In Pierce County
East Pierce Fire reported the possible crash around 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

BURNETT, WA - An ultralight plane carrying two people crashed after takeoff in the Burnett area Thursday afternoon. Both people in the plane suffered minor back and leg injuries, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office.
The plane reportedly lost power after takeoff, crashing in a field along the 14100 block of 274th Avenue East. That location is just south of the Burnett Landing airstrip.
