Edmonds Police have learned from an eyewitness that a person believed to be the Edmonds was seen running from the crime westbound across 100th Avenue West to the parking lot of QFC.

According to Sgt. Mike Blackburn, surveillance video shows a vehicle of interest quickly leaving the QFC parking lot from the location the armed robber was last seen.

The vehicle is a white or light silver colored mid-sized “sporty” automobile somewhat similar in appearance to the Mazda RX8.

Wells Fargo Bank is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges against the person or persons responsible for the bank robbery.

The suspect, , is described as a white male, 25 to 28 years old, 5’9” to 6-feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and was wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans and white athletic shoes.

The suspected robber was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun and left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
