Residents in the King County Fire Protection District No. 44 service area are considering a four-year levy proposal in this special election.

April 23 Special Election: Have You Turned in Your Ballot Yet?

Ballots are due at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23 for the special election. In our area, residents in the King County Fire Protection District No. 44 service area (also known as Mountain View Fire and Rescue) as asking voters to consider a proposed four-year levy to sustain current service levels in the district. Ballots were mailed on April 3.

If you haven't done so already, there are a few ways to return your completed ballot:

  • By mail: Ballots require first class postage and have to be postmarked by April 23
  • Drop it off: Ballots can be dropped off for free by 8 p.m. on April 23
