Explosion Reported In Puyallup Home
The fire was reported in a home along 23rd Street Southwest.

PUYALLUP, WA - Firefighters responded to a fire in a Puyallup home a little after noon on Friday. An explosion apparently preceded the fire. Firefighters were reportedly able to knock down the fire within minutes of arriving on scene.
Firefighters received a call about a kitchen fire at around 11:45 a.m. Friday. All occupants made it out of the home safely. The fire was located in a home along the 900 block of 23rd Street Southwest, which is west of downtown near Clark's Creek Park.
BREAKING: Crews have made access into the house and have knocked the fire down. Crews are preparing to ventilate to remove smoke.
