Renton Cop Crashes During Medical Emergency
The crash happened at at Talbot Road and Grady Way in the downtown area, according to firefighters.

RENTON, WA - A Renton police officer experienced a medical emergency while on duty Tuesday, causing him to fall unconscious and crash his patrol car.
The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Talbot Road and Grady Way, according to Renton police Commander David Leibman. The 38-year-old officer was driving eastbound on Grady when he lost consciousness and crashed into a utility pole.
The officer was not injured as a result of a crash, but he was taken to Valley Medical Center for tests related to the medical issue he experienced.
