RENTON, WA - A Renton police officer experienced a medical emergency while on duty Tuesday, causing him to fall unconscious and crash his patrol car. The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Talbot Road and Grady Way, according to Renton police Commander David Leibman. The 38-year-old officer was driving eastbound on Grady when he lost consciousness and crashed into a utility pole.
