The victims of Saturday's motorcycle accident on Highway H have been identified.

Randy Bahrs, 55, and Jayne Ochoa, 52, remain in critical condition at Froedtert Hospital after they were ejected from a motorcycle. They were taken to Froedtert by Flight for Life with severe head trauma and possible life-threatening injuries, according to a FOX 6 is report.

According to a release from the Mount Pleasant Police Department, Bahrs' motorcycle was traveling southbound on Highway H at Prairie View Drive when he passed a van around 2 pm. As Bahrs completed the passing maneuver, a witness said Bahrs lost control of the bike and was thrown from it. Ochoa was his passenger, and she was also ejected.

South Shore Rescue responded to the scene and after determining the scope of their injuries, called for Flight for Life. An off-duty Pleasant Prairie police officer was on scene and gave aid until officers and SSFD personnel arrived.

Neither Bahrs nor Ochoa was wearing a helmet.
