Last Chance: Zumba, Art, Scholarships and Fishing

We took a look at the week to come and found a few items that need tending to before they're gone. We know there are probably more deadlines lurking, so share yours in the comments.

Last Chance: Zumba, Art, Scholarships and Fishing

It's a fresh week, with a fresh set of deadlines...which will you jump on?

Zumba classes have been offered at St. Paul's Lutheran at 10 am on Monday, and today April 30 is your last opportunity to drop in for only $7 to join in one of the hottest fitness trends.

If you love art, there's been an exhibit at the Polish Center (6941 S. 68th Street) called "Spring into Summer," which is an annual exhibit of Polish artists. However, April 30 is the last day for the exhibit. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5p.m.

In keeping with scholarship season, make sure to take advantage of the opportunities for Muskego High School seniors:

William A. Baumgart "Excellence in Education" Scholarship, Kwik Trip 2012 Community Scholarship Program - April 30

Sandra Greenless Memorial Scholarship - May 2

Ayn Rand Institute Essay Contest - May 5

Opening day for inland fishing is May 5, 2012. That means you will need a fresh license, and if you haven't got one yet, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has information about laws, obtaining a fishing license, and boat registration and maintenance.
