A 26-year-old Cudahy man posted nude pictures of an Oak Creek teenager he got pregnant on her Facebook page in an effort to harass her and her mother, authorities say.
Andrew Addis was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of sexual exploitation of a child, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of sexual intercourse with a child. If convicted, he faces up to 66 years in prison and $210,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
From April 8 to Aug. 12, Addis lived with the 17-year-old girl and her mother in their Oak Creek home. While living there, he had a sexual relationship with the girl, took sexually explicit photos of her and got her pregnant.
After the girl's mother kicked him out of the home, he began to send harassing text messages to the two of them. In one incident on Aug. 18, he sent messages to the victim’s mother indicating he was inside their home while she was gone, but when police arrived they found no evidence of him being there.
However, officers discovered Addis must have been nearby surveying the area, because he began to send messages about the woman calling the cops, saying he didn't care and he would stay at the home that night.
In another incident, he claimed to be at the Milwaukee County Courthouse petitioning for full custody of the unborn child and said a judge was trying to contact the victim, but was unable to do so.
Investigators were unable to find any record of a court hearing taking place.
Addis then started sending sexually explicit pictures he took of the victim to her mom. He claimed he was making those pictures into posters and hanging them all over town and bring them to the girl's school.
The girl then discovered Addis got into her Facebook account and posted the explicit pictures on her wall.
Addis is currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail while awaiting trial.
