Milwaukee Judge Rules U.S. Serviceman With Public Exposure History Cannot be Deployed
A Milwaukee County Judge ruled that a U.S. serviceman with a history of public exposure charges would not be deployed after an Oct incident.

OAK CREEK -- A Milwaukee County Judge ruled that a U.S. serviceman with a history of public exposure charges would not be deployed after an October incident in Oak Creek.
The Hager City man, 54, faces up to 18 months behind bars if he is convicted of the charge against him.
According to his criminal complaint, an eyewitness took her seven year old brother to the hotel pool at the Comfort Suites in mid-October. While at the hotel pool, they observed a “chubby” white male standing in front of his hotel window.

The complaint stated that the eyewitness observed the man to be naked and self-administering a sex act, the complaint stated. The eyewitness looked away but then looked back to make sure she was seeing what she was seeing.
According to the complaint, the man was looking at the eyewitness every time she looked up. The eyewitness was able to point out to officers the exact room she was saw the man performing the sex act in front of the window.

A review of the hotel records showed the defendant registered to this room and checked in for only one adult.
The complaint stated the man is out on bail for public exposure from Illinois. A review of the Gurnee police reports show the defendant is alleged to have exposed himself in a Family Dollar.
The defendant is accused of indecent exposure in multiple other incidents as well.
According to court records, the man's attorney requested that he be allowed to be deployed and put this matter over until when he is back. The court heard arguments on Nov. 15 and the State advised the Court that the Defendant has criminal issues pending in criminal court in Cook County.
The Court denied the man's motion. The State informed the Court that she spoke with someone in the military who informed her that due to these charges, the man would not be deployed.
