OC Taxpayer’s paying for expensive invisible library staff uniforms

Did ja know OC library staff now has uniforms? If my memory is correct to the tune of 1,200 dollars. What the uniforms are I don't know. No record of uniforms noted in the minutes of library board meetings. Minutes reflect approval of Logo wear purchase for staff, May 2013. If staff has uniforms they are not wearing them. Shouldn’t library board members have created a uniform policy before purchase and payment? Has the OC taxpayer again been ripped off to pay for staff’s logo shirts that they can or don’t have to wear? When was the last time the city bought the residents logo shirts? Oh, that’s right, I forget residents just foot the bills for the parasitic library employee’s.  Generally speaking if one’s employer provides a uniform the uniform is worn when the employee works. What is going on over at the library? It does not appear that the board is competent to administer library affairs? Most members follow and accept the lead of the library director. Some have no voice at all. I’d identify by name but they were not identifiable at the meeting.
