3 Fingers Severed in Industrial Accident

WAUKESHA -- Waukesha police responded to A To Z Exteriors Inc. just after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on report of an industrial accident.

According to the police report, a lift fell at the business earlier in the afternoon and severed three fingers of a worker. The report stated that the fingers were "almost detached."

First responders made contact with the victim within several minutes out front of the building.

The worker was transported to Froedtert.
