Roy Moore's Attorney Arrested On Drug Charges
Trenton Garmon was arrested by Gadsden police and charged with driving under the influence of controlled substances and possession.

GADSDEN, AL - Trenton Garmon, attorney for former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice and U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore, was arrested Wednesday night by Gadsden Police. Garmon, 39, was booked into the Etowah County Jail around 8 p.m., and charged with with driving under the influence of controlled substances, second-degree possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Garmon made dealines in 2017 when he represented Moore during Moore's bid for U.S. Senate. During the campaign, when Moore was accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct, Garmon defended Moore and became the face of the Moore team's push-back against the allegations.
Garmon is being held in the Etowah County Jail on bonds totaling $3,000, according to an Alabama Media Group report.
