• Bay Minette man charged with attempted murder after woman shot in head, police say (wkrg.com) — A Bay Minette woman is recovering in stable condition after police say she was shot in the back of the head early Monday on Grove Street, and a 23-year-old local man has been charged with attempted murder. Officers say the two knew each other and had argued the day before, and the suspect is now in jail awaiting a bond hearing.
