3. Data Center Defendants Challenge Subpoenas to Bradley Arant, Alabama Power (abc3340.com) — A high-profile lawsuit over a proposed Birmingham data center is intensifying as the City of Birmingham and other defendants move to block broad subpoenas aimed at law firm Bradley Arant and Alabama Power. They argue plaintiffs already closed their evidence and that new requests overreach and risk exposing privileged materials ahead of a March 2027 non-jury trial in Jefferson County Circuit Court.
4.
