⢠Hurricane Warning Reaches Inland Alabama as Isaias Brings Tropical Storm Warnings to Birmingham, Montgomery and West Georgia (travelinglifestyle.net) ā Hoover is under a Tropical Storm Warning from Hurricane Isaias, with forecasters calling for 30ā40 mph winds and gusts up to around 60 mph, plus 1ā4 inches of rain and possible flooding. The warning, issued by NWS Birmingham, covers much of central Alabama, while coastal and southern counties face hurricane-force winds, heavier rain, and an elevated tornado threat.
