b. Project: Rework west side display window to allow construction of stairs from the sidewalk to the second floor; install new door to match existing.

2. 2020-42-CA: 160 Roberts Street

b. Project: Remove existing laundry room and garage; construct two-story
camelback addition; remove asbestos roof and reroof; construct freestanding 14’x12’ storage building.
