• SSG Advises Jackson Hospital & Clinic in Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (abladvisor.com) — Jackson Hospital, a major healthcare provider in Montgomery, has successfully emerged from Chapter 11 with new ownership, a $75 million exit facility, and about $80 million in public funding from Alabama, Montgomery County and the City of Montgomery. The recapitalization is designed to stabilize finances so the 344-bed hospital can keep delivering essential services to residents across the River Region.
